KP Group was founded by Dr. Faruk G. Patel in 1994 which is now well recognized business group of Gujarat, India.
KP Group is well known for its remarkable contribution in the field of renewable energy primarily in Gujarat, India for over 29 years working with a combined +430 MW commissioned power capacity & Project in pipeline up to 2.5 GW (Solar, Wind & Hybrid) with the completion target by 2025.

About Founder & CMD
Dr. Faruk G. Patel
Chairman & Managing Director
Dr. Faruk G. Patel is the founder & CMD of KP Group. He is one of the highly acclaimed entrepreneurs and visionary corporate leader of Gujarat, India. He initiated his business journey of establishing a small venture engaged in logistics and construction firms on real estate in the year of 1994.
In last 29 years, He has diversified his business into several segments like Renewables (Solar, Wind & Hybrid), backward integration with Fabrication & Galvanizing and doing forward integration to Green Hydrogen and Ammonia Production.
He created multiple companies and became promoter of more than 18 Companies.
During his entire business career till today, he has always emphasized upon pecuniary as well as the social objectives, pursuant to which he has earned fame and social acclamation from the community and the fraternity.
Considering his achievements and contributions made by him to the state, he has also been awarded as ‘Legends of Surat 2018’ by Gujaratmitra, ‘The Leaders Award 2019’ by Mantavya News and also ‘Business Icon 2018’ by Times Group.
Recently he was honored with the Honorary Doctorate degree by the American East Coast University, New York USA in Innovation, Talent & Creativity Management.

Mr. Amir Naviwala is the co-founder & Director of KPF Green Hydrogen & Ammonia Technology Private Limited. He is holding Graduate degree in commerce field and having versatile experience of 25 years in Business Development, Banking, Finance, Equity Market, Investments, Joint Venture, Mergers, Forex, Taxation, Audit & Accounts.
He has worked with HDFC Bank for 15 years and his last position held was Assistant Vice President (Branch Manager). Apart from Banking Sector, he has experienced heading business development and finance for organizations like Shubhlakshmi Polyesters limited (Now, Reliance Polyester Limited) and Aakash Polyfilms Limited.

Mr. Firoz Syed is the co-founder & Director of KPF Green Hydrogen & Ammonia Technology Private Limited. A professional with an engineering background and over 26 years of experience in the gas and Hydrocarbon industry with a proven record of outstanding leadership and project management skills in Operations, Sales & HSE at Air Liquide and Shell Group of Companies in India.
Comprehensive experience in executing Projects for Industrial Gas Plants ( ASU, VPSA, PSA & Hydrogen ) , LPG Infrastructure and LNG/ LCNG Refuelling facilities.

He Is associate member and Chartered Engineer from Institution of Engineers(India) & PMP from Project Management Institute USA. Pursing Masters in Business Administration(Executive) through Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, Pune.
